We offer 2 different style floor plans in each size of our 3 bedroom homes. One floor plan has a deck or patio while the other floor plan has a sunroom that adds about 140 square feet to your interior living space. All of our homes have beautiful 9- foot ceilings with crown molding, fully equipped gourmet kitchens with dropped European-style cabinetry and granite countertops in your kitchen, at you’re built in computer area and your bathrooms.

3 Bedroom Patios are $1,500.00/month (base rent)
3 Bedroom Sunrooms are $1,550.00/month (base rent)

The rental rates include full size washer/dryers and trash. There is a flat rate fee of $75.00 for cable/internet service and $54.00 for water due on the 1st with rent. There is a $50.00 application fee per adult. After screening your application and if approved, there is a $200.00 admin fee and $300.00 deposit (based on credit) due. All fees and applications can be submitted online.
